Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wert (referred to as "the App"), or by accessing the official website wert.app, you enter into and agree to these Terms of Service with Shanghai Interface Future Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Interface Future", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App or website.

2. Description of Service

The App is a personal asset management tool that helps you record assets, create snapshots, track net worth, and provides price and exchange rate reference data. Your financial data is stored locally on your device (see Privacy Policy for details).

3. Account

The App uses Sign in with Apple for authentication.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your device and Apple account secure.

4. Subscriptions and Payment (Pro)

The App offers free features and a paid Pro subscription.

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment is charged to your Apple account at the time of purchase confirmation; renewal charges are applied within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple account settings. Refunds are processed by Apple according to their policies; we are unable to issue refunds directly.

The applicable subscription prices, durations, and available items are as displayed within the App Store and may vary by country or region.

If subscription prices change, Apple will notify you in advance in accordance with its rules; where a price increase requires your consent, your subscription will not renew at the new price unless you agree.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: abuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service; scrape data in bulk through automated means; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The code, design, trademarks, and content of the App and website are owned by us and protected under applicable laws. You are granted only a limited licence to use the service within the scope of these terms.

7. Disclaimers (Important)

Prices, exchange rates, net worth calculations, and FIRE projections provided by the App are for reference only and do not constitute investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

Market and exchange rate data comes from third parties and may be subject to delays, interruptions, or errors; we make no warranties as to its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Any decisions made based on information in the App are at your own risk.

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service at any time; we will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes where possible.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. Where you are a consumer and the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region provide you with greater protection than these terms, those mandatory provisions shall prevail and shall not be limited by these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified on this page or within the App. These terms are effective as of the update date shown above; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
